With basin-like characteristics at depths of 35 ft., the WIFC North Course is an ideal location for all types of flatwater sport. The courses' sloped banks make for great viewing in a natural amphitheatre setting, allowing for thousands of spectators in addition to the venues' 500 plus permanent seating. Surrounding trees on either side of the banks provide an additional windscreen benefit. Overall, our North Course is leading the way among Canadian venues with the following amenities:
